We stayed at Seberang Perai for 3 days.
Early in the morning, had dim sum as our breakfast. Eat till very very full.
Penang is really a food paradise.
My mouth can't stop eating eating and eating.
My stomach was so so so full.
Delicious~
After that, we went to the St. Anne's Church.
The church is named after St Anne, mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The surrounding of the church is very beautiful.
St. Anne's Church
Inside view of the church
There's a park beside the church.
For some of the occasion like Easter Day, pilgrims can walk up this small hill and lighten up their candle somewhere up there.
There are places for them to put the candles.
This is another park.
It's suitable for small wedding, just like what we watch in the western movie.
This is another hall at the left hand side of the main church.
Pilgrims will celebrate for their Christmas or any other red letter days here.
This hall is big enough to accommodate huge number of pilgrims.
The hall is designed in a cross shape.
An angel holding a shell with water in it.
I think it's for the holy water.
But, I'm not sure what's the use of it.
Side view of the hall.
Even the design of the corridor here is also with the cross.
The Batu Bersurat of Cerok Tok Kun.
Then, we went to Taman Rimba Bukit Mertajam.
I noticed that there're do many monkey in Penang.
It's easy to find monkey.
Monkeys everywhere....
Cos Penang there less forest, so many monkeys come out find food.
I think so.
..........................................................................................................................
Noon, we went to Kedah.
The journey to Kedah is about 2 hours or less than that.
We went to visit Shin Rou.
The view in Kedah is very nice and peace.
I like the green paddy field.
This is the Gua Gunung Keriang or 水晶山
Dig crystal here. Haha
Near the cave is the Paddy Museum.
Some paddy planted in front of the museum.
You can see Gua Gunung Keriang from the museum.
Rm3 per entry
Advice for those who want to visit Penang: Please bring your student card along.

Different kind of paddy
Beras....
Sunset in Kedah.
Straight away we continued to Gua Kelam at Perlis.
Sadly, the gua is under repairmen, no electircity.
We only walked around the park there.
Continued to the next stop
To Thailand?
Almost lah.
We went to Padang Besar near the border of Thailand.
It looks like Serikin in Kuching.
On the way back to Kedah, we stopped by at the Tasik Taso, a dam.
The scenery is so nice.
Thanks to Shin Rou and her brother for the guide.
We had our dinner at Shin Rou uncle's seafood restaurant.
The seafood is so delicious.
Thanks Shin Rou and your family for the dinner too!
It was 12 pm when we went back home.
I was damn full and tired.
But, so enjoy with the trip.
